精密齒輪齒條加工(gong)定制 齒(chi)(chi)條是一種齒(chi)(chi)分(fen)布于條形體上的特殊齒(chi)(chi)輪。齒(chi)(chi)條也分(fen)直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)齒(chi)(chi)條和(he)斜(xie)齒(chi)(chi)齒(chi)(chi)條,分(fen)別與直(zhi)齒(chi)(chi)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)齒(chi)(chi)輪和(he)斜(xie)齒(chi)(chi)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)齒(chi)(chi)輪配對使用; 齒(chi)(chi)條的齒(chi)(chi)廓(kuo)為直(zhi)線而(er)非漸開線(對齒(chi)(chi)面而(er)言則為平面),相當于分(fen)度圓(yuan)(yuan)半徑為無窮大(da)圓(yuan)(yuan)柱(zhu)齒(chi)(chi)輪。 齒條(tiao)是(shi)與齒輪相配的(de)一(yi)種(zhong)條(tiao)形零(ling)件。它(ta)等于直徑無限大(da)的(de)一(yi)個齒輪周(zhou)緣的(de)一(yi)段。一(yi)邊均(jun)勻(yun)分(fen)布著許多齒,與齒輪相嚙合,將轉動(dong)(dong)變為移(yi)動(dong)(dong),或(huo)將移(yi)動(dong)(dong)變為轉動(dong)(dong)。 (1) 由于(yu)齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)齒(chi)(chi)廓(kuo)(kuo)為(wei)直線(xian),所以齒(chi)(chi)廓(kuo)(kuo)上各點具有(you)相同的壓(ya)力角(jiao)(jiao),且等(deng)于(yu)齒(chi)(chi)廓(kuo)(kuo)的傾斜角(jiao)(jiao),此角(jiao)(jiao)稱為(wei)齒(chi)(chi)形(xing)角(jiao)(jiao),標準值為(wei)20°,目前定位齒(chi)(chi)條(tiao)多(duo)為(wei)斜齒(chi)(chi),齒(chi)(chi)形(xing)角(jiao)(jiao)19°31′42″。 (2) 與齒(chi)頂線平行的任一條(tiao)直線上具有相同的齒(chi)距(ju)和模數。 (3) 與齒(chi)(chi)頂線平(ping)行且齒(chi)(chi)厚等(deng)于(yu)齒(chi)(chi)槽(cao)寬的(de)直線稱為分度線(中線),它是(shi)計算(suan)齒(chi)(chi)條尺(chi)寸(cun)的(de)基準線。 目前自動化設備主要以(yi)斜齒條為主,具有精(jing)度高、扭矩(ju)大等(deng)特點。
